Review Before You Pay

NexoMind AI LLC — Service Agreement & Terms of Service

Last Updated: 2025. This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between NexoMind AI LLC ("Company") and you ("Client") upon purchase of any digital service.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By checking the acceptance box and proceeding to payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

NexoMind AI LLC provides digital AI-powered services including prompt tuning, text generation, content creation, branding, email automation, website copy, chatbot setup, data dashboards, lead scoring, predictive analytics, and AI integrations.

3. PAYMENT & BILLING

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are in USD and non-negotiable. Prices may change for future purchases.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All digital service purchases are final and non-refundable once work has commenced. Contact hi@getnexomind.com before purchasing if you have concerns.

5. DELIVERY & TIMELINE

Most deliverables are completed within 24–72 hours. Complex services may require 5–10 business days.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to provide accurate, complete information required to deliver the service. Delays caused by incomplete client information are not NexoMind AI LLC's responsibility.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their business. NexoMind AI LLC retains all rights to proprietary tools and systems.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NexoMind AI LLC's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts.
